Dawson Landing HOA

The next HOA board meeting will be held on 14 June 2012 @ 7:30 pm, at the Ferlazzo Building (Supervisor Prinicipi's Conf Room) The main agenda for this meeting will be election of new officers (President, Vice President, Secretary). Second agenda item will be review and implementation of the new ARB procedures. At the 10 May 2012 Semi-Annual meeting the board reviewed a decision and homeowners provided a consensus vote to approve contracting the annual ARB inspections and violation notification and resolution. Additionally the requests for ARB review and approval of change requests for homeowners will be supported by contract.

Homeowners will receive letters in May that outline the new procedure and annual inspection of homes that will occur in June.

If anyone has an ARB packet that requires immediate review, please contact the ARB Chair, Dan Maillard, as listed in the Board of Directors page. To help expedite any package, please feel free to electronically upload and email your ARB packet to Dan. To do this, first complete your packet and obtain any necessary neighbor signatures. Ensure to gather all supporting documentation and don�t forget your property plat. Now scan or upload your packet as a PDF file to your computer. Email your full packet to Dan, and he will confirm receipt of the packet.
