The Dawson Landing biannual HOA meeting is scheduled for May 21, 2026.  Woodbridge Supervisor Jennie LaCroix will be our guest speaker.  ​

Dawson Landings Management Company will be performing the

annual neighborhood inspection during the first 2 weeks of May.  

Please note that although this is an annual home by home inspection, 

individual violations continue throughout the year as offenses are reported.​

Snow removal from residential public streets is the responsibility of VDOT.

Dawson Landing pickups are each Wednesday.

requires submission of a

change request package.

Dawson Landing Site Member Requests

Clarification:  There is no additional benefit to "site membership". 

Everything there is to see is available without being a site member. 

Only board members are extended membership at this time, and that is to administer sections of the website. 

It is encouraging though, that so many are interested!
